Bridgette possesses an extraordinary gift that ministers to every individual who hears her sing. Known internationally for her electrifying and soulful voice, she instantly captivates the hearts of her audience through her charisma and spiritual integrity. Her gift has enabled her to share the stage and collaborate with gospel artists such as Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond, Yolanda Adams, Doug Williams and Men of Standard.

Bridgette is the youngest of four siblings. The daughter of a Pastor and Evangelist, her musical career began in church at the tender age of three. It was then, as she sang, “Yes Jesus Loves Me”, that a star was born. Bridgette continued to mesmerize audiences through elementary and high school, receiving many accolades for her stellar performances.

Bridgette’s uncompromising faith and musical reputation has opened many doors. At 15, she was lead singer with the Grammy-Award winning gospel choir Ricky Dillard & the New Generation Chorale. She led the songs “He Will Forgive”, “If My People”, and “Lord You Are All”. In 1994, she sang background vocals for her brother Jesse Campbell on his self-titled debut album with Underworld/Capital Records. This project allowed her the opportunity to appear on nationally syndicated television shows and perform before many leading industry professionals.

Bridgette sang background vocals for gospel artist Calvin Bernard Rhone on several projects, including his debut album Live In Me Jesus. As a result of this connection, she was then afforded the opportunity to record with Heaven Sent; where she led the soul-stirring songs “He’s Wonderful”, “I Will Always” and “He Knows How Much We Can Bear”. She worked with recording artist B. Chase Williams & Shabach Choir on their 1997 album release, performing lead vocals on “He is Lord” and “Crown Me”.

In 1998, Bridgette was the featured artist on Montage Pheloan & The Youth Fellowship Chorale’s album, on which she ministered “You Keep Blessing Me”. Bridgette has worked with Walt Whitman & Soul Children of Chicago leading “We Are One.” In 2000, she appeared in Fred Hammond’s Purpose by Design video, leading the heartfelt song “Don’t Pass Me By”.

Bridgette has toured with Stellar Award winner Marvin Sapp and Harmony Records artist Dawkins & Dawkins. For two years, Bridgette toured as a member of Fred Hammond’s Radicals for Christ. Her single “Yeah, Yeah” is featured on Fred Hammond’s compilation album, In Case You Missed It. In

2002, Bridgette toured Europe singing background for gospel legend Jesse Dixon and others. Bridgette performed in three theatrical productions; she starred as “CoCo” in the sold out play Been There, Done That, starring Judge Greg Mathis, Fred Hammond and movie star Phyllis Yvonne Stickney.
In 2003, Bridgette released her first solo project titled “Bridgette” on her very own Independent label From the Heart Records. Bridgette’s faith, perseverance, and accomplishments caught the attention of A&R specialist Kendall Duffie of Light Records. Having sung backup on many albums, toured with many acts, performed in many music videos, Chicago’s Bridgette Campbell came to life when Light Records picked up her Independent project, renamed it BEEN GOOD and released it on June 29th2004. “There is a special bond I have with this album,” says Bridgette. “I wrote five songs on it and put a lot of personal touch to it. I was also able to have so much input. Each song shares something of what I personally experienced.” Her favorite, Been Good from the upcoming album, really struck a chord.

In December of 2004, Bridgette accepted a job as the Exaltation Coordinator at the Rock of Ages BC in Maywood, IL where the Rev. Marvin E. Wiley is Pastor, and the church membership is 4000 plus. Bridgette served faithfully in ministry at Rock of Ages overseeing the Adult choir, Youth choir, Children’s choir, Praise Team, Praise Dancers, and the band. Bridgette reviewed all music ministered at the church. She taught all of the choirs and praise team’s music. Bridgette led Praise & Worship and all of the services until she equipped others in ministry to do so. Bridgette also held lead singers training courses for those in the music ministry.

Bridgette moved to Jonesboro, GA in 2006 to work as Praise & Worship leader for Destiny World Church in Austell Georgia where the Pastor is Wilbur Purvis III, and the membership is 3000 plus. Bridgette is over the Praise Team and is responsible for teaching music, leading worship and teaching what Worship is all about. The Praise Team grew from 6 to 14 during Bridgette’s first year in leadership at Destiny where she continues to serve. Bridgette was also privileged to work under the leadership and tutelage of Kevin Bond as a Worship Leader at Greater Travelers Rest Church in Decatur, GA where the Pastor is E. Dewey Smith.

In 2009, Bridgette set a goal and met it with a “Live” Recording on October 9, 2009. 2010 is the year of blessings for Bridgette! She has a new project “Give You Thanks” being release on February 19, 2010! All praise and glory goes to God!! Bridgette says that, this project is a reflection of her life as a worshipper. There is a mixture of great worship and awesome church songs. “I was blessed to do a duet with my brother Jesse, and the song is sure to bless you!!” This project is definitely a rise above her freshmen CD; it will create an industry buzz and bless the hearts of many! The new CD was produced by Stellar Award Winner Daniel Weatherspoon & also Donald “Buster” Woods, and has a host of awesome writers…Pastor DeAndre Patterson, Desmond Ellington, Stephanie Mayer & Dana Davis…to name a few! This project is a must buy!!!

Bridgette is married and living for the Lord. She resides in GA with her husband Spencer L. Croft.

Bridgette has earned the enduring respect of many. Her ministry will revolutionize the world, transforming the lost by leading them to Christ.
